CAN THE COMPLEMENTARY TRANSFER BE FROM ANY DESTINATION?
No, only to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Applies to reservations of 5 nights or more.
HOW CAN I USE THE RESORT CREDIT?
The $300 USD credit can be used as follows: $100 towards romantic dinner packages, meaning that if the package costs $280, the client would only need to pay $180. Additionally, $100 USD per person can be used towards specific spa services. Please consult the hotel for available options. Applies to reservations of 5 nights or more.
How can I use the Promotional Code?
The promotional code will be sent to the VAREWARDS member's email address for use on their next reservation. The booking must be made at www.valentinmaya.com. This code can only be used on a single reservation and/or a single room. The promotional code can be sent up to 45 days after check-out.
Is there a period of validity to maintain my category
There is no validity to meet the requirements of each level. Reservations are cumulative.
Is FLIGHT + HOTEL included in VAREWARDS?
No. Please note that Flight + Hotel already has special rates, so it is not possible to combine it with VAREWARDS promotions.
